WHY

"There is a stream" is the most difficult to imagine.

Everyone knows how far a 10-minute walk from the station is. You can imagine the size of a room of 40 square meters. However, only those who have experienced it know what "streams flowing through the grounds" means.

How loud is the sound of water? How cool is the summer? How much is the slope, and is the flat place really usable? How far can the car go?You can see all of these in 10 minutes if you stand up.

We have opened the mountain forest we have in Hokuto City on a reservation basis. A stream flows through the site, drawing its water for use, and it is still being developed. This is our own land, not the land listed on Sawa Bank.

  • There is a slope, and it is a climb down to the plain.
  • If you boil water with wood, you have a heat source and hot water.
  • There are cockroaches, mites, and snakes. Please be careful in the summer.
  • There's a weak spot on your cell phone.

  • Please come with long sleeves, long trousers, and easy-to-walk shoes. No sandals.
  • Stay within the guided range.
  • Don 't take your eyes off your children.
  • Don't drink the water from the stream. We haven't tested the water.
  • We're not accepting drinkers.

ABOUT THE WATER

What is the reason for using the water in this stream?

Sawa Bank informs you in each property page and explanatory article that "the water of the stream is not necessarily free to use." It doesn't make sense to use it in silence only on our own land. So I'll write it down here.

I'm wondering about the water drawing on this land. We are currently in the process of verification. The division of rivers, confirmation to municipalities, whether or not permission is required, and the relationship with those who are drawing water downstream. When these four points are clear, I will write here.
Since I think it's a problem to write as if I know what I don't know, I'll write'verifying' until I'm sure. During your visit, we will explain what we are currently investigating and what remains unverified.
